Corporate Events and Business Meetings

Venue options include the 5,100-square-foot Lakey Ballroom, the 1,100-seat Nan Van Every Auditorium, or the 6,400-square-foot Doc & Merle Watson Theatre. We can provide top-of-the line audio-visual equipment and production services, a variety of refreshment and meal options, and breakout areas for all your meeting needs.

The Lakey Ballroom

Clients can utilize the entire ballroom or divide the space into smaller breakout rooms. Venue rental includes tables and chairs that are set up to your meet your needs. Theater-style seating is an option.

Nan Van Every Auditorium

The Nan Van Every Auditorium is suitable for concerts, recitals, large corporate meetings, ceremonies, and competitions.  Additionally, the stage can be used for small meetings.

The Doc & Merle Watson Theatre

The Watson Theatre can house team-building workshops, company picnics and luncheons, employee appreciation events, concerts, breakout spaces, and more. The large grass field in front of the stage is included in the rental. This space is available from June through October.
