Day of Show Information

The Nan Van Every Auditorium opens no later than one-half hour prior to the event’s scheduled curtain time. Our friendly volunteer ushers will be available to help you locate your seat. Audience members who arrive after the start of the show will be seated by our courteous volunteer ushers at an appropriate time so as not to disturb the performers or audience members.

Free Parking is available in front and adjacent to the Walker Center after 5 pm on weekdays and all day on the weekends. If you are visiting the Box Office during weekday business hours, there are available parking spaces in the parking lot at the main entrance. You will notice that some parking spaces are numbered; these spaces are reserved for lifetime patrons during season shows. Guests needing a handicap designated parking space will find them in front of the Walker Center.

The Wilkes Transportation Authority provides a complimentary shuttle service for all season show events. The shuttle service begins 45 minutes prior to each show and will continue until all patrons are safely at their cars after each performance. The shuttles will follow a consistent route to select satellite parking lots on the WCC campus and are equipped with a lift to accommodate wheelchairs.

All tickets will increase by $5.00 on the day of shows.
