Remembering the days when you waited in line to get concert tickets and hung out in the back of your brothers van until the show started, the local radio station played the best music, and the DJ was almost as big a rock star as the bands.
Set up to present as a radio show, with the Disc Jockey being on the stage before, during, and after several songs in the sets.
